I am SO pleased by the customer service at the David’s Bridal in Schaumburg. I bought my maid of honor dress here last year for my sister’s wedding. The Vera Wang dress that I wanted came in within 2 weeks and alterations took 1 week. I knew I had to come back here for my wedding dress. I came in and Erin G helped me try a bunch on. I had an Awesome experience with David Bridal, the customer service is wonderful both times. I went and purchase my wedding dress n maid of honor bought her dress also. Very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable of what they doing. Awesome keep up the good work!
Amy and staff at David's Bridal in Waco gave myself and my wedding party the best customer service I've received in a very long time. She was attentive, patient, creative and very professional. Brittany helped my mom feel so beautiful while looking for a dress to wear to her masquerade ball. She was super attentive and really listened. She picked dresses that were flattering and my moms style. Great service!
Jackie did a great job. Her dress suggestions were relevant. She was helpful by telling us about additional information like alteration sizes, prices, and suggestions. She allowed time between dresses to help us mentally process and make decisions, and she was very relaxed. It was not a stressful situation or environment, even with my four other companions. I hate shopping and dislike dresses, but I actually had fun! And most of all I said yes to the dress. I recommend going to David’s to ring the bell and say “yes!”
My mother, grandmother and I decided to stop in today without an appointment to just get some ideas for wedding dresses. Bonnie assisted us today and was very sweet! She made me feel comfortable and assisted me with putting on/taking off dresses. She spent a good amount of time trying to pull sizes and find the right dress for me. Although I didn’t find the perfect dress today, I left with somewhat of an idea of what I now want! I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly service we receieved today! Thanks Bonnie!
