I’ve come to David’s Bridal a few times this year for a bridesmaid dress and most recently my own wedding. Although the majority of the time the customer service could be better, I was so happy meeting Morgan last night and she helped me find my wedding dress! She was very patient, attentive and friendly. I've had three appointments here. They've all been good. The staff person helping you is always helping other people out as well, so sometimes it's hard to find them, but other than that they are always attentive and bring you pretty good matches for what you describe. They're just constrained by having to help so many people at once and by what's in the store. Definitely would recommend David’s Bridal! You don’t feel pressure, they took their time AND you looked at dresses with them Instead of them choosing for you. Fantastic experience and dresses were so reasonably priced!

Jocelyn was fantastic. Was able to find my dress and dress from my mom and sister. We all felt gorgeous, had fun, and left knowing we had want we wanted.
