After having a horrible, horrible experience with the store on Bell by the mall I decided to go to this store. Everyone was super apologetic and it wasn’t even them to messed up! They had three girls helping me to make me feel extra special and explained all of the alterations in detail. They were super friendly and acted like friends rather than associates. I highly recommend this store and its staff! I’m glad I’m finishing my dress alterations with them!

I had a very nice, and relaxing experience today with the ladies at the store!! The environment was friendly. The store was organized, clean, and very easy to browse through the gorgeous dresses. I had the undivided attention of at least 4 gals, that were in training, I assume. They made my shopping experience effortless, and fun!! I purchased 2 lovely gowns! Thank you. I found MY DRESS!!!! I had an appointment on Sunday Dec 10, and the staff could not be more helpful. JoAnna, Novi, and Angela were the best!!! We sat down, I went over what I was looking for, and JoAnna picked three dresses to start. The dress I eventually picked was the first one I tried. So JoAnna definitely listens to what you want. Novi found me the perfect veil, and Angela gave me so many options for alterations. These ladies really know what they're doing!!! THANK YOU ALL!!! I can't wait to come back for my fittings!!

Great experience today with Nina from Westbury David’s Bridal. Had my first appointment today and definitely will be back she was so helpful and had amazingly beautiful suggestions all of which became my top 3 dresses to consider !!!

David's Bridal London was absolutely amazing with me. Being a plus-size bride, I was a bit nervous about going to a bridal store after being scoffed at by other bridal salons in London for my budget and my size. But David's made me feel incredibly special with their huge selection of sizes and samples. I could try on every shape they offered and ended up finding my dream gown that very day!
