I have had a mixed experience with David's bridal. When I first went in just to look at dresses, I didn't have an appt, I found the future yes dress. The lady that took care of me was great. Even though I was getting a non white wedding dress,my second wedding, the gal treated me like a princess. My sister and I had a great time. The next time I went in I had my niece with me and ordered the dress it was nice but the gal was spread too thin between too many people. Went today with my niece. The entire staff was over the top helpful and caring. Lisa Sadusky was incredible and made a unique situation a joyful one for my niece. Everyone, including the seamstress showed love and compassion and it is the only place i would ever recommend to anyone

Had great customer service. For my first time, which I was really nervous, it went very well! I didn't find the style I was hoping for, because they had limited stock..but I found a type of style that looked great! Very very pricey. They didn't ask my budget, but I was really just looking to see what would look good.
