The service we received on November 4th was wonderful. Yes, there are brides who went way past their scheduled time so we had to wait for a few minutes but we didn't mind because they were so kind to us. My daughter and her sisters, her bridesmaids, had a wonderful experience. My daughter picked her dress and was given great guidance on adding straps, adjustments, and even storage for her dress for the future. Susan was wonderful and we couldn't have had a better experience

I went to Davids Bridal in OakLawn today for my Wedding/ Bride Maids Dresses. The service was the best ever. Gloria & Agata and the rest of the staff made my Brides Maid /Matron of Honor & Myself feel SPECIAL.. The one in Orland will never see me again poor service... Charmaine Porter

So I have been to David’s on several occasions, todays visit was as a bridesmaid at the new Easton location. I do have to say the customer service was slightly better for Easton than past experienceces but with this new location it seemed like they are working the consultants harder. The consultant we had was friendly and helpful but seemed over worked between our group and the brides group next to us and how is that fair???? Especially for that other bride.
