Corine, the Operation Manager, at Northlake location in Charlotte, NC was very from the time I walked. I 30 minutes early for my appointment and took care of me right away and mind you, this was on a Saturday mid-afternoon. I recommend this location to everyone.
Set up an apt just to browse, went in with no expectations. I had browsed online before coming in and compiled a list on specific dresses I wanted to look at (that way I wasn't wasting my apt time wandering around or looking at their catalog) definitely recommend doing that, gives you more time to try them on and go over other things/accessories.
