I had such a wonderful time shopping there! The ladies working there were so nice and helpful. The first time I went, I didn't have an appointment and I was treated as if I did. The second time I went, was just as lovely as the first! I ended up buying my dress last night from them. I'm so excited!
Went there today & was helped by a lady named Kate! She said she was new there and I couldn’t even tell! She pulled every dress I loved and made sure I felt comfortable. She literally made me feel like I was a princess and the day was all about me. She put all the accessories on when she knew I was going to say yes to the dress! Best experience EVER! I purchased a wedding dress a month and a half ago from David's Bridal. In hindsight, I should've just waited to buy the perfect dress for me and not one that pleased my mother. After I picked it up, I kept telling myself, "it's only a dress so just move on," and it wasn't until I tried it on with my wedding shoes that I broke down... This wasn't MY dress. After a disastrous experience at the Westbury store which included my bridesmaid dress being discontinued the day I went to order it DUE TO the designer pulling their brand from the store 6 months prior, I went to the Massapequa Park store and the sales team went above and beyond to try and help me find a similar dress that I was comfortable in.
