I had a fantastic experience in the St.Clairsville location I walked in with my maid of honor looking for a idea on a dress for her and walked out with my wedding dress they all went out of there wait to help me out and put the pieces together to make my dress perfect with the vail sash and head piece :)

I have never once experienced the kind of amazing service that I received while at this store. Kimberly was the most helpful, kind, and sincere person ever!! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she knew just what to show me and eventually helped me find my dream dress. She was also extremely accomodating as I had my son with me. RecommendedI met my daughter and her MOH for her dress fitting at David's Bridal in Tyler on October 7th where she chose a lovely wedding gown. They also settled on a dress for the bridesmaids. Idk the name of the salesperson who helped us, but she was outstanding. Five stars for sure.

We walked in without an appointment and only 2 weeks until a last-minute wedding for my 8 months pregnant daughter. Fran was AMAZING! Not only did David's Bridal immediately accommodate us with an appointment but within the hour Fran had us fitted with a dress, veil & headpiece! I went there with my soon to be daughter-in-law for her fitting and the alterations staff were very attentive. I was pleased to hear the alteration lady say she would want to fix it like she would want it done. She took her time and took extra care to make sure the hem was even and laying right. I was impressed by that.
