I had such an amazing time choosing my dress. The staff was so friendly and Helpful! The service was so quick and easy, made for a Fantastic day!
Got dress last night. Found out alterations were going to run $80-120 more than the already paid $300 dress. After taking home became very unhappy with the dress choice. I called the store and spoke with Laura Michale (Awesome Disposition). She said to bring dress back and would do everything she could to help. By the time we arrived 30 min later Laura had 3 more dresses in or close to my size ready to go but also offered refund. Jennifer is the person you need to ask for! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had the most perfect wedding ensemble even though I had a very small budget. I came in on a weekday by chance and ended up recieving fantastic service in a non-pushy and non-stingy environment. Jennifer is extremely down to earth and she really cares about each bride.
