I flew in from California to go with my daughter to try on wedding dresses. I really didn't think we would find one but through lots of dress styles, Caroline pulled THE dress. My daughter had narrowed it down to 3 dresses, but one was way too big. Caroline called the other David's Bridal to see if they had it in her size. Not only did they have that dress in her size but Caroline had them pull all 3 dresses. Went in for bridesamid alterations. Let's just say that the customer service was excellent. They really own up to the good and the bad and will have you walking out of there a happy and satisfied customer. Which is the most important thing today. Thank you for the experience of feeling valued!!
Thank you all for the experience. I didn't get my dress yet but the first place I'll come to when I am prepared to buy. The Ladies were kind. It was nice and clean. And all three of the dresses I tried were my style yet different. I have a choice to make then I'll be back for sure!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The girl that helped me knew exactly what I wanted and was able to show me a great variety of plus sized dresses. She actually found my perfect dress for me!

I had a great time trying dresses on with my family and friends. The absolute only thing that could have been better is the time between dresses (waiting...naked in the dressing room). Maybe there is a way where the stylist/consultant can hang the old dress once you have a different dress on instead of waiting for it to be hung and put back in the plastic to put a new dress on. Otherwise great experience, got my dress from David's Bridal!!

Gabby was absolutely wonderful! For my first appointment with her, I came with some friends. Then, for my come-back appointment with her, I brought my Mom and Aunt and I said "Yes to the Dress". She was very helpful in choosing a style that fit the look I wanted. Gabby was super attentive, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience and I am so glad I worked with Gabby!
