I had a great experience! I came in with a list of requirements (i.e."$300, no train, no veil, no haltertops, no sparkles, etc." The rep listened really well. She brought out 5 dresses. I tried on the first 4, giving feedback on each one. Per my feedback, she wanted to change out the last dress for something more "fitting." She took away the last one, without even letting me look at it, and came back with the PERFECT dress. I bought the fifth dress :) I was there for 42 minutes. It was awesome!
Let me start by saying, I didn't expect to have such an amazing and memorable experience here. I made an appointment with Tianna. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and Tianna pulled that dress and told me to pick out some others that I liked and she would get them on the rack. She made sure I tried on dresses that fit my body type and also made sure I tried things on to make sure I didn't like other things better. They are so accommodating. I had a problem with the color my dress was and Kristina Cevallos was so wonderful. She took care of everything in a matter of minutes and I'm happier with my new dress! Plus, I bought new shoes from there! 😍😍
