Tia is by far the best manager for a company I have ever dealt with. She has been helping me with my specific dress situation for months and I couldn’t be happier. All of the staff at the Whitehall location have been so helpful. If you are looking for beautiful dresses and helpful representatives, this is the place to go! Brenda in alterations saved the day! I bought a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding and needed a hem, cups put in and the waist taken in a little. I was advised by a friend to use an outside seamstress and I did...the dress was too tight when I got it back couldn't breathe or move my arms so then I was sent to a tailor at a dry cleaners and the dress was let out but it was soo big now that if tipped forward at all you could see my chest ( NOT GOOD!!) the wedding was hours away I called David's bridal and they put me in ... read more

We had a fabulous experience working with Kiera. We were shopping for a dress for my mother for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Kiera was knowledgeable and patient!! We walked away with a dress and having had a wonderful morning!

David's Bridal has made the experience of finding my Mother of the Bride dress easy and seamless. Their selection was fantastic, and when I asked about a dress that was not available in my size they quickly located one for me. Alterations were taken care of in a short period of time. Whitney, Spokane WA location, took care of my alterations quickly and very professionally. She accommodated my every need, even when I changed my mind at the last minute. I will recommend David's to friends and family.
