I had a wonderful experience at Davids Bridal yesterday! I had a 6pm appointment that I arrived about 20 minutes early for I never had to wait some one was with me within a minute and very helpful. Emily was my stylist and she could not have been better. I went in not know at all what I wanted and she was patient and helped walk me through it all. My experience couldn't have been better!! We had a fantastic bridal expert, Sarah, who made everything fun and easy!! I went in nervous that I wouldn't find what I was looking for and came out with my dream gown!!! She also helped my mom find a MOB dress that same day!! Sarah was fun and kind and made the whole experience memorable. 11/10 would recommend her and this store!!

My wedding is Saturday (September 23) and my maid of honor got her dress in the mail on Thursday September 21. The dress was too big and had the security tag in it. So she drove for two hours to Johnson city. Needless to say they didn't have another dress like that one or even similar in color that was strapless. But two workers Cambrie and Olivia went above and beyond and made the dress work. They literally saved the day! I had a great experience! Me and my mom went up in Robinson and it went so smooth and great! We had Hanna which was super great and helpful and very motivating and easy to work with! I was super excited about the whole experience and just loved it!! ☺️
