I first started looking for my bridesmaid dresses from the Lyndhurst location. It was such a terrible experience I was done with David's Bridal. I was horrified at how a business could be ran like that. After a couple weeks a friend suggested the North Olmsted location. I took my daughter in for a Homecoming dress, no appointment, and they were extremely nice and helpful...we have purchased several dresses there and have always been happy.
The alternation ladies were very kind and helpful. They did a great job :)
We had Alison for my future sister in laws wedding dress then we did bridesmaid dresses after her time. Alison is so amazing, caring, knows her stuff and treats you amazing!! The staff there are so welcoming and she was not pressuring anyone to pick out a dress but we all said yes to our dresses!!!
I'm just a bridesmaid, but the bride found her dress right off the bat and in her price range. She looks stunning in it. I hit the jackpot. My dress rang up as $9.99 and I feel beautiful in it. Our consultant was great and the alterations lady was great too.
Absolutely amazing. My stylist was sofie (not sure of the spelling sorry) and she was amazing. She was so happy and positive as was everyone that worked there. She helped me find my wedding dress,bridesmaids dresses and my assecories. Just so amazing all around. Love this place
