Went in for my alterations today. I woman named Charlie help me she was absolutely amazing she made me feel pretty and walk me through every step that my dress would need. And when I was getting a little overwhelmed she made sure I was doing well and that everything was going OK for me.

I had gone into David's Bridal on Saturday expecting to find a dress as mother of the groom. I went in upset about a personal issue and when I was told I would have to be fit in for an appointment perhaps in an hour but not sure what time I would be able to get in, I got an attitude of frustration. I was told I could get an appointment next day which I wasn't happy about.
