Five stars all the way around. Friendly, helpful and patient from the sales person to creating the perfect alterations of my gown. Also ordered shoes there and they arrived a week and a half early. I was extreamly pleased with their service excellence. Thank you Davids Bridal

I've had the greatest experience with the David's bridal team. Especially with Celeste in the alterations department. She's is so pleasant and helpful! She did an amazing job on my bustle! (15 buttons! 😁) By the time my final fitting came around I felt like she was family lol if you want your alterations done with love ask for Celeste 💗

I had a very good experience with David's Bridal. I will give the staff four stars, however, their prices for alterations, steaming, etc are outrageous! Some things should be complimentary if you're paying a lot of money for a dress or the pricing for these services should not break the bank.

Pleasant experience at the David's bridal in Burbank I'm 8mo pregnant n kinda not feeling comfortable with all this heat n wasn't really ready to walk into a bridal store.. but the women catering to me did not make me feel any different from any other bride she may encounter. N I said yes to the dress !! Lol
I had the easiest experience at David's Bridal in Pembroke Pines. My stylist was Gigi, and thank goodness she was there for me! Even though I more or less had an idea of the dress I wanted, she was so professional in offering suggestions on dresses that really enhanced my figure. In addition, she never tried to push any dress or accessories on me. When I finally had on the dress that I knew was the one for me, she read my mind and said that was definitely the one. I purchased my wedding dress here seven years ago, and now my maitron of honor and my daughter's bridesmaids dress. I love the quality and the customer service.
I've been in a couple of times and every time, I've gotten excellent service! The stylists and front desk ladies are very helpful!
