My experience was nothing but great! Miss Hiba Charek took the time to make sure I get the perfect dress and was very patient as I made my decision. She eventually got me in the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be happier!
I haven't had the best experience here at this store. I get calls from Davids Bridal stating my bridesmaids dresses need picked up, but no one called them, or once they've been picked up the bridesmaids will still get calls stating they need to pick up their dresses. Doesn't seem quite on top of things. BUT I went in to help my mother pick out her mother of the bride dress, and Jessy was very helpful. Had great help in picking out my wedding dress and alterations were very well done. They helped my mom learn how to bustle my dress and made it very easy and slick. The only negative was that when my dress came into the store earlier than anticipated they gave me a week to pick it up or they would've charged me to have it shipped to my house. Considering I live over 3 hours away, this was very inconvenient and frustrating.
Sabrina is a miracle worker! She's amazing and so patient. Make an appointment with her! She lifted the weight of off my sister's shoulders and now she's stress free for her son's wedding next week.

I stopped into David's Bridal last week for a last minute dress to a wedding. I was prepared to be happy with just anything due to it being so close to my event on September 2nd. After an hour of trying on dresses and turning down any assistance when they asked, I was almost in tears. Kiwana swopped right over, took one look at my complexion and asked me what I was insecure about. She came right back to me with just 4 dresses. I had a great experience. I worked with many ladies there at least 3 or 4 times. I tried on numerous dresses. Yes I had to wait about 20 minutes after my original appointment. I don't think people who are marking them poor for waiting after their initial appointment time understands that they still have to finish the party before them. And if the bride or whomever before them run late.....you will be waiting. Wouldn't you as a customer want the person helping you to actually take their time.
