Our appointment was booked at the same time as someone else's, causing us to wait for almost an hour. After informing the manager the dress needed to be a certain color she assured me it was (it was still the wrong color) and dismissed me and my daughter to find it on our own. We went back to the racks three different times trying to find what we needed and no one helped us except for the stylist who was busy assisting a bride. The staff was so helpful and nice! And my dress looks perfect now. They saved me from a wedding disaster as my dress severely wrinkled on the plane and the hotel would not steam it for me.
Went into Davids Bridal for my appointment this morning and was paired with Mandy. She was absolutely amazing! I was all over the place with style and didn't have a real direction. She listened to me, made a plan and I found my dress! She was amazing from start to finish and I stayed in budget! Well over by seven cents but my sister picked up the extra �.
