I first purchased back in May but it had to be shipped in from the warehouse, my dress arrived August 15th when I went to see my dress it was covered in makeup stains and pen marks. I completely freaked out, thankfully one of your associates Alyssa got on the phone immediately and called the warehouse explained what happened. They apologized and sent another dress rush delivery. I honestly was not anticipating a great visit based on my experience in the Roseville, CA store. This location turned it ALL around. My consultant Jordan had one other bride, but I didn't feel like her "second Bride" at all!! I felt as though I was her only bride. she listened to what I liked, pulled about 12 dresses, and helped me find my dream dress!!! She was absolutely amazing as was her manager Josette, I think?! After being told my dress was the same color as the other dresses in the wedding party from another David's Bridal, Matt and Mary came to the rescue and were absolutely amazing in helping me make the switch to a new dress!
