I was nervous that our experience would not be that great when my maid of Honor called to confirm our appointment time and they couldn't find our appointment, but they were able to still see us at that time. We were met at the door with a smile and Alexis was super helpful and really helped me feel comfortable. She was able to find and suggest dresses that were amazing and in my budget
