I was pleasantly surprised with this David's Bridal experience. I was attended to as soon as I walked in (even without an appointment), I didn't need much help but was offered by a very nice woman named Michelle who put my dresses in a fitting room for me and stayed nearby in case I needed her. She explained the process for when I receive my dress and looked up how much it was for the alterations I needed. I had my first appt yesterday. My experience was fantastic. MICHELE was my consultant and she was incredibly helpful and patient I probably tried on about 15 dresses and by the end of the appt had 3 top contenders. I did leave without purchasing one as it was my first appt. I may try a few other shops before making the final decision. I know they work on commission so I try to be very considerate of their time as well. Will update review when I go back.

I was a BIG mess when I came into the store recently. I had ordered my wedding dress on Amazon and it was a DISASTER. With 2 weeks to go to my FIRST wedding at 58, I was beyond freaked out. Both Felicia and Brittany were so patient and understanding and helped me to pick out a dream dress for the price I could pay. Thanks so much.
