Hanaa in alterations did a amazing job on my wedding dress. The dress now fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend others to use Hanna for alterations. She is very nice and helpful in everything you need to know about your dress. Thank you!

I recently picked up my bridal gown and I couldn't be happier about my dress and my experience with David's Bridal! We went for a fitting for my granddaughter's wedding dress today, and I was very impressed with the store manager, Jenna.She was very professional, friendly and helpful. Our seamstress also was very helpful. All in all a good experience.

The consultants made me feel so comfortable even as a plus sized bride. Wide variety, beautiful dresses and totally affordable. I'm a bride on a budget and they totally respected that. Bought my dress, all my bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses, and all the groomsmen, usher, and groom suits here! Love this place :)

I have had positive experiences at the David's in London for my dress, my MOH as well as my mom's dress. The day of the fitting was wonderful, and the seamstress was awesome. Very talkative, which was great for my mom! This is a busy location. With appointments scheduled as well as walk-ins, I believe the staff do the best they can. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly. Costs do add up quickly, so knowing your limits are important, as with taxes, accessories and alterations, the cost increases quickly!! Let me preface this review by stating that I am not your typical bride. I came to Davids Bridal on a whim with a friend really just to browse. My appointment was with Sara, and I was all over the place. What I wanted and didn't want, I really wasn't sure. I just knew I didn't want to be terribly traditional. 5 star rating is based on the customer service I had today. Jenna was so helpful! The color of my bridesmaid dresses when they came in wasn't what I was expecting.. the color looked much different online than in person. I was disappointed but Jenna helped us find a similar dress in the color we needed and in time for the wedding! Thank you Jenna for being so kind and so understanding.
