Every time I have needed this place they have always came through for myself and my family. The client rep's are so helpful and do anything and everything that's needed to make it a less stressful time.
Our first appointment for my bridal party was canceled due to Covid-19. When we were finally able to rebook, we were canceled an hour before due to Saginaw protests. We were finally able to have our appointment last night. We booked two appointments due to the size of my bridal party and split them in half to fit everyone in. The staff was very knowledgeable about helping me find my dream dress will definitely be recommending for future brides and bridesmaids
except for being forced to wear a facemask in the store, it's a nice place to shop for a wedding dress.

Amazing experience a little rocky at first cause they were overwhelmed probably by how many folks were there, but Kecia was amazing! Listened to my and my family’s concerns and made me into a whole QUEEN! Not only that but I found $1 million dress on a budget !! Couldn’t have been happier. Kecia needs a pay raise!!!
