As all brides know, wedding planning can be stressful. I had an unexpected change to my order of bridesmaids dresses and I called desperately hoping for a solution. I was unable to go to a store in person (as the nearest location is quite far away) and I was dreading having to call in to deal with this issue as you often receive poor customer service over the phone. My dress was too small and I was stressed because It was a month away from the wedding and I called the alterations and they fit me in the same day and now my dress will be ready 3 weeks before the wedding! The staff was super helpful and sweet!
