This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses! I was really nervous at first, but all the ladies made me feel really comfortable and calm! I found multiple dresses that I loved, but wasn't quite ready to pick the one. Thank you Madison for being so patient and sweet! You made this experience PERFECT!! Besides finding out after I had picked out my dress that the manager was complaining about me taking up two slots looking for my dress (three hours total) I was very pleased with my dress. The consultant helping me actually picked out my dress and it's an amazing dress. It should be here in a couple of weeks! It's pretty hard to pick out a dress in 3 hours... they need longer slots.
I did not expect to find my dress the first time I went shopping, but thanks to the help of Sean and the other staff, I found the one! I has an appointment at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday and I was the only bride there, so I had their full attention and did not have any issues. I did not feel rushed at all. I had plenty of time to try on 8 dresses including "the one" several times throughout the process. They helped me find beautiful dresses that fit my budget. visited today for the first time (bridesmaid dress shopping) it was so fun and the girl helping us (danielle?) was the best. she knew what she was talking about, super friendly!
I haven't had great experience with davids bridal as a company but the 5 stars go to the alterations department in Novi for getting my bridesmaid dress altered last minute for a wedding. They were very accommodating and sweet! Thanks girls!
