I had my dress fitted today by Angela. She was so helpful. I'm the Mother of the groom and she showed me different ways to style the shawl that goes with my dress. I was so surprised how many different looks I could get out of one dress. She went above altering the dress she was a stylist as well which meant a lot that she took the extra time to help someone who lives in jeans and tshirts. Thank you Angela!
Well had my dress fitting today and am in love with my dress and the staff. I have been in several times for different reasons and always had excellent service. Showed up to go dress shopping without an appointment and the were very accommodating. Each time I was there I bought another dress for another occasion. Between my mom, my daughter, me friend and I we have purchased 8 dresses over the past 4 months and been completely satisfied. Thanks very much for all your help!!!!

My 5 stars are all for Machelle at the Tampa store. My appt was last Sat Aug 5th at 1230. I was 30 mins late because of traffic but even more irritated because i had already gone though this dress selection process in june at Alfred Angelos and had mark it done, done & done. Well bc AA filed BK on July 14, the dresses would not be produced. Machelle realized I was on 20 and quickly calmed me down with her professional courtesy, great attitude and her huge contagious smile. I came to the store after work when they were very busy, the stylist that worked with me was very attentive and was able to help me find the perfect dress in 3 tries. I am so excited to wear my dress to our wedding and am thankful for excellent customer service!
