I booked my appointment for 9am on a Saturday. I had a really helpful Consultant named Violet. she was very attentive and helped me find "my dress" within my 90 minute scheduled time. The scarborough location arranged for the location in London, to send my dress in my size to my home. Unfortunately my dress ended up shipped not to my home in Toronto, but to my billing address in the city I just moved from. The dress is fine and waiting for me to pick up come Easter weekend. Today was crazy, my dress didn't arrive for my formal event tomorrow and went into this store and The salesman Angel got me together in less than 15mins, found dress it fit perfect and looks amazing on me ... Thank you so much

I got my gown from davids bridal and has Lulinda do the alterations. She was amazing! Reconstructed me gown and came out exactly as I envisioned it.
