This year, my trip to David's Bridal was different than my last! This time around, I'd be the bridesmaid - but twice! I was in search of two dresses for two different events and Lydia was incredibly helpful and informative. She really followed through and gave me the best customer experience I could have hoped/asked for. I just gave birth, so trying on clothes is not always an easy feat. Lydia made me feel comfortable, beautiful and worked hard to help me find the perfect dress (times two!).

My experience was at David's Bridal was GREAT. I walked in and was greeted with excellent customer service. I was told to sign and an consult would be with me soon. My Consult was Derrick Speight. He was absolutely AMAZING. I had shopped online several times, and knew what I wanted my dress to look like. I described it to him in my own word and he quickly went to start pulling dresses. I love the dress I bought for several upcoming weddings. When I ordered it, it came way too small and they exchanged it for a dress in the store the correct size since i needed in 2 weeks. I got the alterations done (too expensive for the dress) and had it in time for the first wedding.

They were all very nice & helpful and went beyond their way to attend to me & my daughter's needs. Looking & finding her wedding dress was a very pleasant & wonderful experience, especially when my daughter said Yes to her Dress and they "David's Bridal Employee" made a big deal out of it and had my daughter make a wish and ring the bell!
