I made my appointment the day before online. I showed up on time for my appointment and they were ready to get started. I tried probably close to 8 dresses and ended up with the first one I tried on. My consultant, Don, was amazing & efficient...and patient! My appointment was 1:30-3 and we walked out at 3:31p with my dress ordered AND a MOB outfit. I would definitely recommend DB, specifically working with Dom!
I came in for simple and easy, and that's exactly what I got. No pressure to get into a dress I didn't want or couldn't afford. Was a great experience.
My experience with Katherine was wonderful! She is so enthusiastic, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. She was an absolute joy to work with. She listened to my needs and concerns and helped me locate EXACTLY what I wanted... I can't wait to pick my dress up! THANX KATHERINE!!
My daughters and I booked an appointment with Samantha one evening a few weeks ago. Since we were all looking for dresses the process took a while (we actually had to come back a few days later). I had a wonderful experience! Deb was incredible! She stuck to my price range and she made me feel beautiful. Debs true character came out when I had an emotional moment. My mom passed away 5 years ago and her not being with me really got to me once I found THE dress. Deb gave me a big hug and really comforted me in that moment.
