I purchased my dress in march, and just went for my alterations appt! Rebecca(our consultant)made everything so easy and listened to everything i said and really paid special attention to us as a whole. I ended up picking my first dress go figure! I want David's bridal to know that its because of her, i didn't walk out. My bridal party made this appt, and i was going to order online or go elsewhere. Beautiful store! Gives you that say yes to the dress feel. The stylist I had was nice and very helpful and honest. She was present but not over barring. Highly recommend!

This particular David's Bridal store with their fantastic management staff saved my upcoming wedding. I had one bridesmaid impacted by the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy closing. They worked with her and have rushed a dress she loves better in time for my Labor Day wedding. And actually righted the wrong made by the Kentwood store with my junior bridesmaid's dress being ordered in a smaller size than she was measured.
