After loosing my dress to Alfred Angelo's bankruptcy scandal I was devastated! I was in yesterday with my mom, aunt, and a special teddy bear to represent my Nannie who would have been there if she wasn't in heaven, to begin the search for my dress. I was a little nervous, I knew what I was looking for but didn't expect to purchase one on my first shopping trip. Sophie did an amazing job helping me! She brought me the ones I wanted to try on and also pulled some for me to try based on what I liked and didn't like about the first few. We had an our appointment. My grandma is in my bridal party and really wanted to be covered. We ended up being there for an extra hour and a half past our appointment time AND everyone, including grandma, found their dresses! YAY!
My friends and I had a good time trying on dresses and eventually coming back to the one I walked in looking for. My stylist, Chelsea, was friendly, helpful and patient with me as I was ruling things out. The staff passing by were also friendly and engaging.
I'm so glad I finally found this page! I purchased my dress in February of 2016, but I wanted to let the staff know how I appreciated the amazing service they gave me! We had a winter blizzard the day of my appointment and everyone else had cancelled their appointments. Everyone was sweet and kind to me despite knowing that most of them wouldn't make any commissions that day. I had such a dreamy experience both purchasing my dress and getting it fitted. I couldn't have asked for better treatment! I did not purchase my dress at this store, but I had a great time with my soon-to-be mother in law getting it fitted. The girl who did the fitting was very sweet and patient despite having to take in the dress a lot! (I've lost 40 lbs since purchase.) thank you Davids Bridal!
Beyonce was great, she helped me with everything I needed. I just wish the whole process was put up on the website so people could understand how long or how to do things. But over all great!
