I was so nervous about my wedding dress as I had a negative experience as a bridesmaid years ago (I would like to stress that store was NOT a David's Bridal). I was one of those brides that purchased my Bridal Dress and Bridesmaid dresses at Alfred Angelo. Luckily I paid for my dress in full and took it home but not so lucky with the bridesmaid dresses. I now had to reorder so I called David's Bridal and they were more than helpful!! Kassidy was so wonderful and helped us with the perfect dress. I cannot thank David's Bridal enough for saving my wedding. We lost four bridesmaid dresses due to the Alfred Angelo closing. Not only did David's offer substantial, unnecessary discounts, but the workers were so kind and empathetic to all of us upset brides. I wish I would have gone to them the first time. I bought my bridal gown at David's Bridal and needed to have some alterations. I had a very positive experience with Helena, the seamstress. She clearly knew what she was doing and my first dress-fitting was quick and efficient. When I returned for the final fitting, she noticed that a button was on too tight and quickly fixed the issue. She definitely went above and beyond when she had to search through the trash to find the fabric from my gown that someone accidentally discarded! That's impressive!

Alejandro was very nice from the moment I walked in. Dee Dee helped out with great suggestions for my bridesmaids dresses. She was very pleasant and understanding with my mother. Mom is ecstatic about her dress.
