We had such a nice experience with Angelina at Davids Bridal in NA. She was amazing, attentive, and most importantly, HONEST. She didn't try to sell us the most expensive dress (and trust me my daughter looked amazing in all of them). Angelina payed close attention to what my daughter liked, to what was most flattering on her body type, and the material she was most comfortable in. What an amazing day with Caroline at the Ft Myers store. She has class and professionalism that is world class. In May we went in and I thought I had found the dress of my dreams. Do to changes with the wedding and circumstances my dress budget needed to be cut. I went in today expecting to settle for a dress and she was able to find me the perfect dress! Had such a great time. They did a great job of really helping me find the dress of my dreams. Cyndi was great and she really worked with what I was looking for and even though I went in with one idea she helped me find a dress that wasn't what I thought I was going to want but ended up loving. I ordered my wedding day jewelry online, close to my wedding day (7/29.) My necklace and earrings arrived today, and they were even more beautiful than they looked online. I noticed a few CZ were missing from the necklace, and panicking since my day is so close, I called the 844 number on my receipt. After a disastrous situation at the Winston Salem store, I went to the Greensboro location in the hopes that they could fix what Winston messed up. I want to say that the manager Pamela Salter is a keeper! She fixed everything and was so super-sweet and professional. I have never had such a great customer service experience. After swearing I would never purchase a dress from your company again, Ms. Salter has changed my mind. Because of her, I will remain a customer. Such a genuine and amazing woman!
