I had the pleasure of working with Victoria (Tori) at this location! My first visit was a couple of weeks ago and my bridal party overwhelmed me but Tori was friendly, patient, pleasant and more than accommodating. I was so frustrated, I left the store. On monday I went in to this location and had excellent service! I became pregnant since I bought my bridesmaid dress and the ladies helped fit me and allowed an exchange. The employees/management were kind, helpful and friendly. I would shop here again and I will. Thank you ladies for what you did for me!

Came here today after I decided the dress I had for my wedding wasn't going to work. My wedding is only 2 months away so I was really stressed and panicking that I need a dress asap. I swear the manager that helped me today Victoria is like superwoman! She was running around helping everyone with a great attitude as well! I basically knew exactly what dress I wanted and just needed to try it on and order but she was still a great help. She definitely put my mind at ease and I am grateful she was there today!!

Please pass on my deepest thanks to Alisha! She was so wonderfully attentive and had the dress I had specifically called about set aside for me when I walked into my appointment! I am so happy with my dress and loved the fact that it was already in when I returned 4 days later to complete bridesmaid dress shopping (when I was told it would take a month)! Best customer service ever!! I went in for my initial appointment with Kelly and she went above and beyond.
