Kelsey was super helpful, professional & efficient helping me find "the perfect dress". I had my baby and my toddler with me, and at one point, they were both crying, and Kelsey went above and beyond her job description to help my children calm down. I'd recommend setting an appointment before going; I did that and it ensured someone was available to help me one-on-one. Even though it was pretty busy, it didn't feel rushed or stressed. The environment created by the staff was very relaxed.

After trying on dresses a few months ago and not having the greatest experience, I went back today in hopes of finding the perfect dress. Taylor went above and beyond to help me after discovering the dress I had tried on previously had been discontinued. She picked out a dress for me that I had passed over on the rack, that ended up being beautiful.
