I went today to find a dress for my brother's wedding (my brother and his fiancé are not having a bridal party). I didn't realize that I needed to make an appointment even when choosing something off the rack. They were able to fit me in and Jennifer was such a great help. I chose some dresses to try on then she came back with one in a slightly different style and it ended up being the one I chose. Really happy with the customer service 😀
