They made sure it arrived in time to be custom fit. The women who do all the pinning and custom fitting were AMAZING. My back was out so they helped me in and out of my dress. Even though I'm not a young bride to be, I was treated with genuine courtesy and respect. Heather was truly wonderful to me. She knew exactly what I needed for my particular body shape, and was helpful throughout my experience there. Brittany was awesome with her genuine enthusiasm at helping the customer feel beautiful and special. Jenny was very nice and so was the young receptionist (sorry I can't recall her name, but she has nice smiling eyes). My experience was wonderful and so is my dress that is perfect for me!

David's Bridal in Hamilton was very accomodating! I had been to another store and they didn't have a specific dress I was interested in trying on. So I called David's Bridal in Hamilton to find out they had one left in my size. Seen as that style was no longer being shipped to Canada, I raced over there, to ensure no one else bought it. They were able to squish me in, even though I didn't have an appointment. And all of the staff were very friendly. I left the store a very happy customer, with my dress in hand.

Had my fitting for alterations today and the lady, Ms Ernestine who helped me was very nice. There was not a lot of altering required; hemming it (which is quite a job on my gown) and doing a bustle. She made sure I walked in it to ensure the hem hit just right; also checking the bustle to make sure it fell just right. I can hardly wait to pick it up next month. I loved the way it lookes. I'm very excited.
