This place is the absolute best. I was helped by Upasana & Stephanie the manager. First off, Upasana was so kind and so sweet and so incredibly helpful. It had been a kind of long emotional night for me (I had already bought a wedding dress but didn't like it after alterations) and she was so encouraging and making me feel better about getting another dress. Ashton was absolutely incredible and very honest when she was helping me and my mom. She was able to sort out problems and help my mom find the perfect mother of the bride dress. She was super sweet and was easy to connect with. She never stopped smiling and made me feel at ease. Tannette was so kind and easy going. She made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable. She was adaptable and just wanted the best for me and the situation I was in. I have come here for two bridesmaids dresses and alterations. They are fantastic. Friendly, accommodating staff especially in the alterations department. I wish I had shopped at this location for my wedding dress, I think my experience would have been better than it was.
