As soon as we walked in we are greeted by friendly staff and amazing people helped us make our wonderful day amazing we want to specially think Chelsea and Brandy for their wonderful help on us finding our dresses. Brandy took her time and care to make us feel welcomed and find the perfect dress. I was very happy to say yes to dress thanks to Brandy and her great expertise. I'm usually not one to write reviews but I really have to give a shout out to Michaela (sp?) at David's Bridal in Tyler, TX. I was super nervous about trying on dresses. I get overwhelmed very easily, but she made my experience the best ever. Even during my meltdowns during alterations, she was always there to bring me back down to earth, encourage me, and make things right. Having her assist me, was a blessing!! I had a 2pm appoinment on Wednesday at the Arlington location. I had a great experience with the stylist and they all made my purchase worth while. She even measured me and told me what size dress would be the best fit. Upon checkout I got a wonderful surprise when my dress turned out to be less than the sale prce plus free shipping for ordering in store. Thank you ladies for doing a great job!! I am so SO thankful for the ladies that work here. I had ordered my dress online and ordered a size that was probably one or two sizes too small. It was an as-is dress so on the day that I came in to see what, if anything, could be done, they put me in the dress while they had another lady figuring out what could be done.
