I expected better service. I booked an appointment but my salesperson was helping other people and I think they were entire wedding parties instead of just the mother of the groom. I'm glad I took my daughter along without her I would have left without a dress.

I booked an appointment ahead of time and brought three of my bridesmaids and my mom with me. I picked David's Bridal to go to look for wedding dresses at first because I'm a plus sized bride. The Springfield location was busy on Saturday morning, but my consultant, Mimi, made me feel like the only bride there. She had printed out my saved favorites and knew the styles I liked. I went to this location to find my mother a dress for my wedding. From the time we walked into the store everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lila was partnered with us and took the time to check to see if each dress my mom liked was available in her size. When we were beginning to have no luck Stacy also helped and made suggestions for options that would be available. With Lila and Stacy's help we were able to find a dress for my mom.
