My mom and I decided to look at wedding dresses. Courtney was our consultant and she was great! She helped my find my wedding dress! It's not a normal dress, and she went out of her way to find what I had imagined. Only took an hour! She was patient and is recommend her for anyone looking for a kind, patient consultant. Thanks!

So yesterday was my first appointment with David's Bridal. I had previously went online and had saved some dresses I liked to my favorites or as they call it... wish list. When I walked in I was surprised that they had already printed out my favorites list which made the process quicker. Lexi was my consultant and I must say she was AMAZING! When doing a waking in for starting the process of finding the dress, staff was very rude and just mean. Told me I had to have an appointment for big bridal gowns. Didn't let me get my side out. 20+ dressing rooms and I can't look at dresses!? Luckily my gown is very simple so they finally let me. And if I wast in love with the dress, I would have left! Then APPOINTMENT made for myself and 3 others. That time the employee wasn't very helpful either. We had to keep looking for her and asking questions to get her. So first yo... read more

Had a great experience here. The dresses were beautiful and clean. The store was clean and bright. But what really made the experience memorable was my consultant. Her name is JACKIE and she made sure I had everything I needed and was extremely patient and helpful! Will definitely recommend her to my friends!

Great service! My cousin and I walked in to try on bridesmaid dresses and got helped immediately!! The ladies were super helpful finding different styles and making sure we were content with dress choices and continued to help us even after our appointment time was up. I recommend a weekday appointment rather than a weekend.
