My 1st appointment with this store was last October...and i really cant say it was an appointment. My mom and myself where driving around Maple Grove one Sunday and drcided...hey why not lets just go look! They squeezed us in with out an appointment and just yold me to look around. They set us up with Josie, granted ahe had about 4 other bridal parties to help out, so we just kind of helped ourselves. We found about 5 dresses and she helped us narrow it down to 3. My bridal consultant was very helpful! She was patient and paid attention to my choices to help assist me.
My family went into David's Bridal last week searching for my daughters wedding dress. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had there during her appointment. All of the ladies in the store were super nice! Her consultant, Erin, was so kind and patient with her and worked until she found the dress of her dreams. We laughed and cried, it was a perfect appointment, with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

I have been to 3 different dress shops in London Ontario and Davids by far has had the best customer service. Sandra was my consultant and she did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and really listening to what I wanted.
I had a really great experience today at David's Bridal. I made an appointment online, and I showed up around 10 minutes early. We were able to get started right away, starting with taking measurements and talking about styles. I mentioned that I was interested in an A-line shape, lace, and some sort of sleeves for the dress, and my stylist was able to pull several options or show options that were strapless but could have sleeves added on. My stylist Alexis was amazing and I can't say enough good things about her . Very kind , sweet and helpful . Went above and beyond . Made the whole experience very fun . And I did end up saying yes to the dress :) Jessica the manager was great .
