It was okay. I found my dress, but the customer service was kind of weird. I had a 9am appointment and we were there on time and there were employees there but they didn't even seem to be aware of the fact that we were there for an appointment.. but yeah someone came and helped us out.. it was very "bland" I guess.. she was just doing her job, brought me beautiful dresses, zipped me up and showed me to my ladies lol.. just very, not exciting I guess. I was so impressed with the alterations department. They took a teenagers idea of how she wanted her dress and made it perfect. It took several of them to collaborate on getting her dress done. Thank you all for your time and hard work to make my daughters dress.
Had great help to find me dream dress was very satisfied on the choice of dress that i chose can wait to put it back on...6/24/17�

Went in yesterday for my matron of honor and the last of my bridesmaids to try on and order their dresses,we were one of the first appointments of the day so the store wasn't crowded at all,Dorina was our consultant,Dorina is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable
