At first my experience was horrible. After I got switched to Megan M. To help me find my dress it turned out amazing. She is an amazing working and knows how to work with her customers and connect with them and very helpful.I would recommend her to anyone. You can tell she loves what she does. Found my dress!!!! Had a corset put in it and it's absolutely stunning!!! The ladies were all super nice and helpful. I picked my dress in August 2016 and the attendant that helped me still remembered me when I picked it up from alterations Today!!!
Started out a little iffy, but once we made contact with Lynette (Mississauga location), our experience was wonderful, stress free, fun, and a very memorable experience. I was shocked to find the dress so quick, as there are soo many to choose from. The staff was great, very accommodating and friendly, NOT pretentious or pushy. They were very nice. Daughter found a lovely dress that was exactly what she was looking for.
I had the best experience here. I came to the Fort Myers store without an appointment and they fit me in. I worked with Lucy who was wonderful! She helped me find dresses in my budget and that were flattering to my figure. I'm happy to say I found my perfect dress for my beach wedding coming up!

Drive over to this store from Naples about 6 weeks ago to see if I could exchange a mother of the bride dress for one I liked better that was in stock at this store. I had no appointment and Millie assisted me. She actually brought the dress I thought I wanted an a few others based on what I described as the dress for me.
