This was the third David's Bridal store we had visited. One in NH, one in FL and this one in W. Springfield. All three stores had staff that was pleasant to work with. We had made appointments at two of the stores. In NH we had two appointments at different times one was for the bride and the other for two of the bridesmaids. The attendant we had for the bride was fabulous but stretched because she had several parties she was attending to. My appointment was at 6pm. I arrived on time and my associate ready for me. She was attentive and made great suggestions as well. I purchased my dress the same day.

The employees are helpful and price of dresses isn't bad. But the price for alterations is astronomical, absolutely ridiculous. To alter the dress cost more than the dress itself.

Jessica was fantastic! I am not one of those ladies who has had their wedding planned even before they met their partner, and even now I'm stumbling my way through the rest of the details. Jessica however, knew exactly what kind of questions to ask to help me find the dress I'm going to be happy with.
