I saw a Mother of the Bride (I am the mother of the groom) dress online last night that I wanted to try on so I booked an online appointment, which I was able to make for today. I had a great appointment with Beth. She pulled the dress I saw online as well as helped me choose a few others to try. I ended up buying the online dress as well as shoes and a purse. Had an 3:30 Appt yesterday. Got there about 3:15 and was out of the store by 4:00 with dress, shoes, and a few other accessories. Erin was awesome in helping me make a selection. Every though the store was packed it was a great expierence and customer service was the best!! Thanks!
Had a great experience! My personal helper was great and she was very patient considering I was hesitant about all the dresses I initially tried on!
My appointment couldn't have been any better! When I arrived the store was packed, but I only had to wait about five minutes before I was greeted by my consultant Tracy. She was very friendly and helpful! This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, but after trying on only four Tracy was able to pull the absolute perfect one! After adding a veil that matched amazingly and a gorgeous belt with just the right amount of beading she transformed it into my dream dress!! Overall it was a perfect experience!
I had the pleasure of having Lucy, from the Fort Myers location, assist me in the search for my dress. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took in to consideration what my preference was and it felt really wonderful to have someone listen to my requests and make amazing recommendations as well.
