I went into David's to get measured and find a dress for wedding. I was clueless and needed help. Diedra came up to me, she was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. She helped me find the perfect dress for my body that I felt pretty and comfortable in and she made me feel confident in the dress. I had a great experience in the store and Diedra made me want to come back!
The lady i was with was understandably busy. But we tried on dresses i liked. And found the perfect one! It was a clearance dress and i hadnt evem considered that to begin with but i fell in love. It was a little different experience because they were busy. Or short staffed. Dont know. But either way i love my dress and cant wait till it comes in.
Such a great experience! Came in on a busy Saturday without an appointment, me and the bride and the bride's mom were helped immediately. Ellie was super fantastic, she helped all 3 of us while helping atleast 2 other Brides at the same time. She was calm and professional and very attentive to every customer she was working with. Tila was also very helpful and attentive and they both had great opinions on all the dresses we picked.
I had a great experience!!! Catherine was absolutely amazing and soooo helpful!! She helped with mother of the bride mother of the groom myself(the bride) and my bridesmaids! Amazing, so helpful, and a wonderful experience
Caitlin Shaw helped me on the day I went to find my wedding dress. Our tastes were similar and she was fantastic and fast! Got me in and out of so many dresses and if was very stress free. She fit in with my entourage perfectly and she felt like a friend. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment!! Thank you so much!
Came all the way from key west, my wedding in 20 days and I needed a dress TODAY!! Luz and Maritza were great helping me!! Im so happy o was able to find a beutifull dress and had a great experience. Thanks ladies!! Exceptional customer service you made me feel like family.
My stylist got light headed and had to go home but another stylist stepped up and took me on even though she had another girl! It was nice that she let me explore on my own to browse dresses. Thank you! I'll be back for another appointment in four months!
