I had an excellent attention, and it was in my native language, Nayelli was super cute, I got many options and suggestions, between so many nerves they made the experience very pleasant, I am very grateful for the attentions, and I said YES to my dress !! Muchas gracias Nayelli!
These ladies were great with fantastic customer service. I am not a "dress girl" and was actually dreading trying on all these dresses. From the manager Kirsten making sure the dress I wanted to try on was special ordered in, to Sadie grabbing dresses that were a great fit for me, I was able to find a dress I love and get the heck outta there in less than one hour. thanks for all your help and understanding that every woman is looking for something different!
This past weekend my bridesmaids and I had our appointment to find my dress. Samantha was our stylist and she was very helpful. She stayed patient during my indecisiveness and really paid attention to the things I liked and disliked about each dress I tried on. She ended up bringing me the dress that I finally said yes to. I was very happy with my stylist.
They did a wonderful job helping my daughter find her wedding dress, thank you for the great job you do......Amanda was great.
I had the absolute BEST experience here! My wedding is April 8th and I originally went to buy my wedding dress in February , at the time I was having just small intimate gathering so I got an appropriate simple dress. Well my wedding ended up turning into something way bigger than originally planned & I wanted to change my dress to something more elegant, since it was going to be a bigger wedding! My daughter was shopping for a prom dress and was at another Davids Bridal location and the staff was not very helpful. She ended up going to the Northlake store and the customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much for helping her when I was unable to be there with her. And shame on the other location!
Okay long story short, the girl assigned to help my Bridal group was awful. She was very unhelpful from the get go. Every time we needed her, she was no where to be found. At one point, I'm assuming a family member, brought her son in to see her at work....at which point he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum in the middle of the store. She then left us for about 15-20 to deal with that while she was on the clock supposed to be helping us.
