I had a fabulous experience today picking out my dress. Brandi was so helpful and listened to my concerns. she guided me through my options and made me feel like I was the most important lady in there today.
I went into David's bridal today , not knowing i was going to purchase my wedding dress. Catherine was my consultant & let me tell you she was AMAZING!!! She had lots of patience & great customer service overall!! She even suggested that i try on a strapless dress which at first i did not want but i fell in love and said YES TO THE DRESS!! I would definitely recommend Catherine to any customer looking for a dress!! Catherine if you're reading this I'm so grateful you were my consultant today!!
I had a really good experience at this store I only tried on a few dresses til I found MY dress. The consultant was very helpful with trying to make sure I found the dress I wanted and I was very happy with the outcome. My bridesmaids were happy with what they found for dresses as well. I will say however that we were suppose to have two chairs for our appointment and our consultant had to hunt down chairs for us which shouldn't have been that way especially when we seen other parties come in and they had more than two chair... read more
