I want to personally thank Karen our bridal consultant for our appointment. she was so patient and helpful for our interview. she let us really look through the dresses and decide on the ones we would try on. I really thought we would not find one after my daughter in laws experience there but she really made this special. We said YES to the dress really in part to her attention to my daughters needs. thank you. we cancelled all our other appointments.
Shelly in alterations was so helpful! She altered my dress to perfection in 30 minutes! My entire experience was wonderful.
I was nervous going in about finding the perfect dress but the staff was amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable and within an hour I was saying Yes to the Dress!!!
Crystal helped my sister into the perfect dress. 😍 She was very honest and tolerated our group of rowdy but very honest, and opinionated ladies. I truly appreciate her personal input, options and compliments. The dress we had all loved, Crystal had fallen In love with it on my sister before she came out of the dressing room with her.
